George Herring

George Herring is the premier exercise physiologist of the southeast whose influence has stretched worldwide touching millions of people. A living legacy, George backs up his extensive knowledge of exercise, health, and nutrition with his own incredible physical abilities. Through his personal training, George has helped teenagers, seasoned athletes, middle-aged beginners, and great-grandmothers reach fitness goals they never thought possible.
