I started my weight loss journey in June 2012 and have had some success on my own with a clean eating diet,  walking, running and Zumba. However, my body was not taking shape like I wanted it to.  But when I started working out at BBG in October and with George’s guidance, supervision and support, I truly began to see my body change. I have lost inches and toned up and the most exciting  part seeing definition in places that  I never thought that I would see again 🙂
I have taken my health and fitness to a new level by setting lofty goals for myself,  and I’m confident with George’s continued support and my determination that I will be successful with this journey.
